Full name, phone number, e-mail address, service address, device information, service requests and correspondence content, invoicing information, as well as the IP address and cookie data related to your visit to our website.
2. Purposes of processing
- Receiving your service request, scheduling appointments and delivering the service

- Issuing invoices and fulfilling legal obligations
- Tracking warranty processes and service history
- Sending campaign and information messages if you have given your explicit consent
3. Legal grounds
Your data is processed under Article 5/2 of KVKK on the basis of establishing and performing a contract, fulfilling legal obligations and legitimate interest; and for sending commercial electronic messages, on the basis of your explicit consent.
4. Transfer
Your personal data may be transferred, where legally required, to authorized public institutions and, to the extent necessary for service delivery, to our business partners (spare parts suppliers, cargo, accounting, IT infrastructure service providers).
5. Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the rights to learn whether your data is processed, request information, request correction or deletion of your data, and object. You can submit your applications in writing through the channels on our contact page.
