For urgent faults, we first provide remote intervention and, if necessary, dispatch a team as quickly as possible.
Remote support
We resolve a significant share of scale software, indicator settings and data transfer issues remotely, without going on site. This significantly shortens waiting times, especially for customers in remote areas.
