System components
- License plate recognition camera: Automatically identifies the vehicle and retrieves the registered customer and product information.
- RFID / card reader: Provides additional identity verification for vehicles whose plates cannot be read or for fixed carriers.
- Barrier and traffic light: Does not start weighing until the vehicle is fully positioned on the platform, and manages the queue.
- Position sensors: Prevent the vehicle from overhanging the platform, avoiding incorrect weighing.
- Driver terminal: Printed ticket or digital ticket delivery.
The system reduces personnel costs in night shifts, remote sites and multi-scale facilities, while making weighing records independent of individuals.
