Fully Steel Pit-Mounted Truck Scale (ELT-C6-30), is a vehicle scale with a 30 ton capacity and a 6 m platform length. It is installed flush into the ground at road level. Vehicles drive onto the scale from where they enter the site, without leaving the area, climbing ramps, or crossing elevations. This keeps entry and exit flow uninterrupted and preserves the traffic layout of the site.

What is it used for?

It measures the loaded and empty weight of vehicles using electronic load cells. This allows weight data to be recorded for shipping, receiving, storage and invoicing processes. The platform is made entirely of steel and contains no concrete filling. This structure means there is no need to wait for concrete to cure during installation. It also makes access to the platform easier during maintenance and inspection.
