Usage, installation and maintenance tips

• Position the weighbridge at a point where vehicles can enter in a straight line and at low speed; this reduces vehicle movement during weighing.
• Regularly clean mud, stones and waste material accumulating on the platform and around the ramp; accumulated debris can adversely affect measurement.
• Visually inspect the area around the load cells and cable connections, and do not allow water or material to accumulate.
• The vehicle must sit fully on the platform during weighing and must not overhang the edges or extend onto the ramp.
• Keep your calibration report, and contact service if you have doubts about measurement results.
