Not every old scale needs to be replaced. A sound platform can continue to be used safely for many years with the right revision. We first assess the current condition, then openly share whether replacement or revision is the more economical option.
Revision scope
- Platform welding and corrosion repair, painting and surface protection
- Replacement of load cell seats and bumpers
- Renewal of the electronic wiring and replacement of the old indicator
- Repair of base and ramp connection points
Scale relocation
In case of a facility change or site rearrangement, we dismantle the scale, move it to its new location, check the foundation's suitability, and return it to service after installation and calibration.
